The RW612 is a highly integrated wireless MCU with an Arm® Cortex®-M33 and three radios on one chip: Wi-Fi 6 (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.4, and IEEE 802.15.4 (for Thread/Zigbee). It’s ideal for Matter devices as well as smart sensor/actuator nodes, hubs, and gateways. Hardware security, rich peripherals, and a compact power concept accelerate the development of energy-efficient connected products.
