Thanks to a small opening, the NeoTAG® Flag FG5242 can be attached to objects quickly and easily with a cable tie, for example – and can also be reused after replacing the cable tie. The NeoTAG® Flag FG5242 can be read with standard readers with low antenna power. Reading tests with a modern smartphone, such as Apple iPhone X, have shown good reading performance.
This makes it ideally suited for industrial applications such as the chemical industry, where re-drilling or gluing to objects for the attachment of transponders is not possible. Like all miniaturized HF transponders from NEOSID, the new NeoTAG® Flag FG5242 withstands the most adverse conditions in industrial environments and still provides an amazing reading range.
