The 800 series is the high-speed solution for reliable pallet labeling in accordance with GS1 – developed for demanding production and logistics environments. With its robust, modular design and precise sensor technology, it ensures reproducible results with maximum throughput.

• Up to 180 pallets per hour

  Depending on the applicator, the 800 series labels up to three sides – and if necessary, even two sides in just one pallet stop. This reduces cycle times and increases line performance without compromising quality.

• Real-time printing

  No pre-printed labels required: labels are printed directly in the system – in real time and with stability even at high speeds.

• Clean label application – even on difficult surfaces

  An integrated sensor monitors each labeling operation and ensures clean application – even on uneven or curved surfaces and with changing pallet types.

• Protective housing for industrial conditions
  Reliably protects against dust, moisture, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical influences.

• Options for maximum process reliability
  Extensions such as application monitoring, additional pressure (corners/surfaces) or scanner/code verification support stable, auditable processes.

• Remaining pallet labeling
  Even incomplete pallets at the end of a batch are labeled efficiently: enter the quantity on the display, remove the individual label and apply it – the booking is transferred to the system with accurate inventory information.

Optional: Barcode + RFID in one system

On request, the 800 series supports RFID tagging in addition to barcode labeling – for faster identification, greater process reliability, and transparent goods flows.

• Supports RAIN (GS1/ISO) and HF/NFC

• Functions such as tag-on-demand, flag tags, and bad tag removal (depending on application)

• Flexibly expandable – RFID can also be integrated later if required
