High-speed applicator for demanding labeling tasks
The LOGOMATIC Applicator B90 is a specialized high-speed blow-on applicator with a forward-mounted dispensing edge. It was specially developed for the precise application of labels in continuous operation at a minimum distance from the product (approx. 20 mm).
Versatility and performance
High cycle rates: The applicator achieves a performance of up to 110 cycles per minute, making it ideal for fast production lines.
Flexible labeling: Supports formats from a minimum of 35 x 30 mm to a maximum of 110 x 105 mm. Both in-motion labeling and labeling with product stop are possible.
Precise application: Suitable for primary and secondary labeling as well as batch labeling with labels in advance.
Integrated standards & safety
The B90 has integrated position sensors and continuous compressed air and vacuum monitoring to ensure maximum process reliability. Adjustable throttles allow for fine-tuned adjustment of the application parameters.
Thanks to the high-speed blow-off function, labels can be applied to moving products efficiently and without contact.
Expansion options
To increase quality assurance, the applicator can be optionally equipped with a scanner for validation, a product sensor, or a sponge rubber roller for re-pressing.
