Four-in-One RFID Data Logger for Logistics Quality Control

E-Garde’s UHF RFID Data Logger enables automated, evidence-based monitoring by combining four sensors in one compact unit to measure and record temperature, humidity, shock/impact, and illuminance simultaneously.

Designed for quality control in logistics, the tag supports automated checkpoints throughout shipping and handling. Sensor data is transmitted wirelessly to a UHF RFID reader (EPC Gen2 compliant) and can be delivered to a host system for real-time visibility and reporting. The recorded data helps teams analyze logistics performance, detect deviations, and keep reliable documentation as evidence in case of incidents or disputes.

Beyond transit, the E-Garde Data Logger also supports continuous monitoring in warehouses. As a semi-passive RFID tag, it requires minimal battery power while delivering enhanced read performance and dependable data capture. With typical usage and configuration, battery life can reach at least one year, making it suitable for long-term deployments with low maintenance.

The housing structure can be adapted to application needs using durable materials. A simple interface enables quick sensor checks with a standard UHF reader without additional infrastructure, supporting faster decisions at every control point.
