Detailed product information
Ultra-Thin, Green OPV Power for Indoor IoT – in Any Light
LAYER® from Dracula Technologies is an ultra-thin, eco-friendly organic photovoltaic (OPV) film designed to power indoor IoT devices using ambient light – no batteries required. Engineered with an optimized device structure and without the classical silver layer found in many OPVs, LAYER® improves light absorption in the active layer and maximizes overall energy conversion efficiency.
Instead of relying on a conventional Hole Transporting Layer (HTL), the top electrode is specifically designed to both extract and collect electrical charges, simplifying the architecture while maintaining high performance and long-term stability. The result is a flexible, lightweight, and sustainable power source for next-generation indoor electronics.
