Truvami has introduced one of its most significant dashboard updates so far. The new release expands the platform far beyond basic tracking and gives users more control over positioning, alerting, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure visibility. The goal is clear: make tracking data easier to use in real operational workflows and unlock more value from every connected asset.

Tracking Becomes Operational Intelligence

In many IoT projects, location data alone is no longer enough. Companies need to understand context, automate responses, and connect field activity with digital processes. This is exactly where the new Truvami dashboard moves forward. The update brings together positioning data, alert logic, sensor information, and network visibility in a way that supports day-to-day decision-making.

The result is a platform that helps teams not only see what is happening, but act on it faster and with greater confidence.

More Accurate Indoor Positioning

One of the most important additions is support for private Wi-Fi positioning. Customers can now use their own Wi-Fi infrastructure as a secure positioning source for indoor and campus environments.

This opens new possibilities for warehouses, production facilities, office sites, and logistics hubs. Instead of relying mainly on public Wi-Fi databases, organizations can build indoor tracking on top of infrastructure they already control. That improves privacy, increases flexibility, and creates a stronger basis for reliable indoor location services.

Geofencing Gets Smarter

Geofencing has also been significantly expanded. Users can now create and edit geofences directly in the dashboard and adapt them to their own operational realities.

At the same time, the platform introduces weighted position sources. GNSS, Wi-Fi, and private Wi-Fi can be assigned different confidence levels, making alert behavior more precise and reducing false positives. This turns geofencing from a static feature into a practical control tool for real-world environments.

Alerts That Support Action

The new alert workflow has been redesigned to improve both setup and daily use. A guided process makes alert creation more intuitive, while grouped views and search functions help teams manage events more efficiently. Device names are now included directly in alert messages, improving clarity and speeding up response.

Another powerful step is proximity detection. Trackers can now detect nearby Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices and trigger alerts based on presence or co-location. This enables new use cases such as workflow automation, presence detection, and context-based event handling.

More Than Location Data

With added support for temperature and humidity monitoring, the platform now captures more than movement. Environmental data can be stored, visualized, and forwarded through webhooks and Kafka, allowing organizations to monitor both asset location and surrounding conditions.

For sectors such as logistics, storage, healthcare, and industrial operations, this creates a more complete operational picture and expands the practical value of the platform.

Visibility Across the Network

The update also improves gateway management and infrastructure transparency. Gateways are now visible directly on the map, with dedicated views, type information, and detailed popups. Together with support for ChirpStack v4, this makes the platform more adaptable to diverse and self-managed IoT environments.

A Platform Built for Real Use

This release shows how tracking platforms are evolving. The focus is no longer only on seeing where things are, but on connecting location, condition, and infrastructure data to real business processes. Truvami’s new dashboard is a clear step in that direction.
