IDCRAFT GmbH is distributing the Impinj R700 UHF | RAIN RFID Reader, expanding its portfolio of high-performance RFID solutions for industrial and logistics environments. The reader has been developed for scenarios where maximum read accuracy, speed, and system reliability are critical.
The Impinj R700 is built on advanced Impinj technology and enables precise reading of up to 1,100 RFID tags per second, even in complex environments with high tag density and metallic interference. Four monostatic antenna ports and scalability to up to 32 read zones via antenna hubs provide maximum flexibility for large-scale installations.
This makes the reader ideal for intralogistics, inbound and outbound processes, conveyor systems, manufacturing and automotive applications, as well as inventory management, asset tracking, and healthcare processes.
Technologically, the Impinj R700 features an enterprise-grade Linux platform with a powerful processor architecture. The reader operates as an intelligent edge node with native MQTT support, REST APIs, Gigabit Ethernet, and PoE/PoE+ power supply. This enables direct integration into ERP, WMS, MES, and cloud platforms. Through the Impinj Octane SDK, developers can run custom applications directly on the reader.
With versatile interfaces and robust construction, the Impinj R700 is designed for continuous industrial operation. It supports EPCglobal UHF Gen2v2 and ISO/IEC 18000-63 standards.
