Based in Shanghai, China, Jason will be the primary contact for partners and customers across Asia, driving market growth and reinforcing Hana’s commitment to local, responsive support.

Jason Chang’s RFID Expertise
Jason Chang brings over 15 years of RFID expertise following a successful career start in the IT industry. Since 2008, he has held senior roles in product management, application development, and sales at Sontec, Xerafy, Stora Enso, and Beontag. His career highlights include:
Spearheading R&D and market promotion for the world’s first flexible anti-metal RFID tag at Xerafy (2012).
Launching an RFID-based unmanned retail solution in China at Stora Enso (2018), later scaled across Europe.
Expanding ECO RFID tag applications in APAC retail markets (2019).
Delivering 250% business growth in the APAC region within 12 months at Beontag (2024).
