Thin, Flexible 3V Batteries for Safe, Smart Labels, Tags and Wearables
Zinergy 3-volt batteries are designed to safely power Bluetooth™ (BLE) and LoRaWAN® labels, tags and wearable devices.
Our flexible batteries enable wireless communications and data acquisition from multiple sensors embedded in devices.
Our batteries do not contain lithium and are classed as “non-dangerous goods”, allowing them to be used safely in wearables and be transported by air or sea without documentation or regulatory constraint. Zinergy batteries can be pierced or cut without igniting and can be disposed of in normal household waste.
With industry-leading performance and battery customisation services, Zinergy can provide bespoke batteries to meet individual specifications.
Each battery is tested to ensure it can be bent thousands of times and used in thermal or digital printers to create individually designed smart labels and tags. They are sealed to IP67 and can be integrated into labels suitable for food and pharmaceutical product monitoring and tracking.
