Leuze RSL 200 Safety Laser Scanner

The RSL 200 safety laser scanner family is engineered for applications where space is limited. With a compact design measuring 80 mm in height and a footprint of 80 × 86 mm, the scanners provide a 3.0 m protective field range and a 275° scanning angle. This makes them ideal for safeguarding AGVs and AMRs, as well as for area guarding and restart protection on compact machines.

For flexible operation in changing environments, the RSL 200 supports switchable field sets that adapt to speed, direction of travel, load and surrounding conditions. Depending on the model, up to 32 protective field sets are available. These can be optimized using sets that combine two warning fields and one protective field, enabling fine adjustment to specific use cases.
