TELID® 760.pos - BLE Position Sensor and Identification Beacon

Wireless position measurement for industrial monitoring

The TELID® 760.pos from microsensys is a battery-powered BLE position sensor and identification beacon designed for long-range object identification and position measurement in industrial and infrastructure environments.

It combines a unique TELID identification number with a resistive position sensor, enabling applications such as process monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, asset identification, and condition-related data acquisition.

The device communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy 5.2 at 2.4 GHz and supports communication distances of up to 10 meters, depending on gateway type and environmental conditions. It can be operated with smartphones or BLE gateways using TELID®7 software and is based on the TELID® 700 beacon protocol.

With a working range of approximately 25 mm, a resolution of up to 0.2 mm, and a linearity of ±1%, the TELID® 760.pos is suitable for precise position-related sensing tasks. The product is housed in a hermetically sealed Q7070PM housing, can be used on metal surfaces, and offers a battery lifetime of up to five years, depending on usage.

Thanks to its integrated non-volatile EEPROM memory, calibration data, parameters, and the unique TELID identification number can be stored directly on the device. This makes the TELID® 760.pos a compact solution for applications where identification, position sensing, and wireless data transmission need to be combined in one robust sensor beacon.
