Producing over 2,000 kitchen cabinets per week, Innova faced increasing challenges coordinating thousands of components from different production lines and warehouse locations. Manual barcode scanning and spreadsheet-based tracking often led to inefficiencies, errors, and missing items during assembly and dispatch.
To solve these issues, RFID Direct implemented an end-to-end RFID solution — digitizing the entire production process from raw component to final delivery.
