Portfolio

• Hardware: The KATHREIN UHF passive RFID hardware portfolio comprises first-class stationary and mobile readers, UHF antennas with a read range of a few centimeters up to several meters, and security transponders. When specific requirements need to be met, the in-house R&D team develops customized solutions.

• Software: A crucial aspect for the successful implementation of an RFID project is the application software. The hardware firmware is supplemented by external control, which can be handled via our partners’ middleware like CrossTalk or via the customer’s own application software. For simple applications, KATHREIN Solutions offers apps that have been developed for specific tasks and run directly on the reader.​
