The iDTRONIC Industrial BLE Beacon combines long battery life, robust IP67 protection and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity for reliable asset tracking in demanding industrial environments. Reliable BLE Tracking in Demanding Environments

The Industrial BLE Beacon is designed for industrial asset tracking, equipment monitoring and location-based applications. Its rugged IP67/NEMA6-rated polycarbonate housing protects the electronics against dust and water, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Powered by a Nordic Semiconductor nRF52832, the beacon supports Bluetooth 4.2 and is compatible with BLE 5.x. It can transmit iBeacon and Eddystone signals simultaneously and supports Quuppa emulation and sensor data. An integrated 3-axis accelerometer detects movement, providing additional information about asset activity.

Long Battery Life and Flexible Configuration

Designed for extended operation, the beacon uses two replaceable 3.6 V lithium thionyl chloride batteries with a combined capacity of 5,200 mAh. Configurable advertising intervals from 0.1 to 60 seconds allow transmission frequency and power consumption to be adapted to individual applications.

Up to four Eddystone advertising slots and four additional slots for iBeacon, Quuppa emulation and sensor data provide flexibility for different tracking infrastructures. Over-the-air firmware updates simplify maintenance and device management.

Its compact design, mounting options and operating temperature range of −40°C to +75°C support deployment across a wide variety of industrial environments.
