The iDTRONIC BLE PoE Gateway connects Bluetooth Low Energy tags and beacons to Ethernet-based IoT networks, enabling centralized asset tracking, movement monitoring and real-time data collection in warehouses, production facilities and industrial environments.

From BLE Signals to Asset Visibility

The iDTRONIC BLE PoE Gateway is the communication hub of a connected indoor tracking system. It receives wireless signals from nearby BLE tags and beacons and forwards the collected data to cloud or on-premises applications.

Equipped with a Nordic Semiconductor nRF52832 BLE SoC and an ESP32-S3 processor, the gateway supports Bluetooth LE 4.x and 5.x. It can operate simultaneously as a BLE scanner and advertiser, offering flexibility for industrial IoT applications.

Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) combines power and network communication in a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation at fixed locations throughout warehouses and production facilities. An additional USB-C connection provides an alternative power supply.

The gateway supports HTTP(S), MQTT(S), UDP and TCP, with JSON, ASCII and raw-data encoding. A web-based management interface and remote configuration via HTTP or MQTT APIs facilitate integration and device management.
