The em|linq is an NFC Forum Type 2 and ISO/IEC 14443-A chip targeting product authentication and brand protection applications. em|linq implements an optional web authentication algorithm (also referred as One Time Password ) based on HMAC /SHA-1 for state-of-the-art security. New and unique URL is generated with each tap and transmitted through NDEF message.
