Detailed product information

Mobile RFID Reader

In addition to stationary RFID read/write devices, Balluff also offers portable mobile readers that help you to read, visualize and change data independently of the line or machine. The RFID handheld series “Mobile BIS V” is the convenient solution for manual processes such as inventory, warehouse management, rework, quality control and maintenance work.

The Balluff handhelds are characterized by their modular design, which allows you to read and write the contents of HF, LF or UHF data carriers dynamically and flexibly. By combining a base device with a suitable plug-in module and one of our read/write heads (BIS M, L, C or U), you get a customized and flexible handheld reader.

With our configurable app, you can flexibly visualize and edit data content at any time. The base devices are optionally equipped with an integrated 1D/2D scanner, a camera or an NFC antenna, allowing you to read visual codes in addition to RFID functionality.
