Event Access & Tickets

We offer several ticket options:

  • Expo Ticket: Grants access to the exhibition floor, SpeedLabs held at exhibitor booths, and general networking areas for the selected day(s).
  • Conference Ticket: Grants access to all Conference Lectures, the exhibition floor, SpeedLabs, and networking areas for the selected day(s).
  • All-Access Pass (Expo + Conference): Provides full access to both the Expo floor and all Conference Lectures across all event days, including SpeedLabs and networking areas.

Tickets can be purchased directly through our official website on the Ticket Purchase Page. Yes, we offer Early Bird discounts. We recommend booking early to secure the best price and guarantee your entry.

Yes. Tickets will be available for purchase on-site at the registration desk, subject to availability and potentially at a higher price. We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online in advance.

All tickets include access to the main exhibition floor and SpeedLabs during their validity. Conference tickets additionally include access to all main conference lecture tracks. Access to specific networking events may vary; please check the event program. General catering (coffee breaks, basic snack options) may be included with Conference/All-Access passes (check details), while other food and beverages are typically available for purchase at venue outlets. 

Yes, we offer discounts for verified students, and accredited press members. Please visit our Discounts & Special Tickets page for eligibility criteria and application/registration instructions.

Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable. However, tickets can usually be transferred to another person up to one week before the event start date. Please contact our registration support team at team@wiot-tomorrow.com for transfer requests or inquiries about cancellations under exceptional circumstances.

Logistics: Getting There & Staying

WIoT Tomorrow 2025 takes place from October 22nd to October 23rd, 2025.

  • Expo Floor Hours: 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily.
  • Conference Sessions: Typically run from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM daily (refer to the detailed timetable).
  • Registration opens at 8:30 AM daily.

The event is held at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), located at Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany.

The RMCC is centrally located and easily accessible:

  • Public Transport: Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof (main train station) is a short walk or bus ride away. Local bus lines stop near the venue. 
  • By Car: Follow signs for Wiesbaden City Centre / Kurhaus / RMCC. Parking is available in nearby public parking garages (fees apply). 
  • By Train: Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof connects directly to major German and European cities via ICE and regional trains. 

The closest major airport is Frankfurt Airport (FRA). It's approximately a 25-35 minute journey:

  • By Train (S-Bahn): Lines S8 or S9 run directly from the airport's regional train station (Regionalbahnhof) to Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof.
  • By Taxi/Ride-Sharing: Available directly outside the terminals.

Platforms like Booking.com offer a wide range of options nearby.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Attendees from EU/Schengen countries generally do not need a visa. Attendees from other countries should check the specific requirements well in advance. WIoT Tomorrow cannot provide visas but can issue invitation letters for registered attendees if required for the application process. Please consult the official website of the German Federal Foreign Office or your local German embassy/consulate for definitive information.

Event Content & Schedule

  • Conference Lectures: These are formal presentations (typically 25-30 minutes) held in designated conference rooms, covering specific topics in depth. Access requires a Conference or All-Access ticket.
  • SpeedLabs: These are short, dynamic presentations or demos (typically 15-20 minutes) held directly at exhibitor booths on the expo floor. They offer practical insights into specific products or solutions. Access is included with all ticket types (Expo, Conference, All-Access).
  • No separate registration is required for SpeedLabs; simply check the timetable and arrive at the relevant booth a few minutes before the start time.

On-Site Experience

Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the RheinMain CongressCenter for all attendees. 

Catering points and cafes are located within the venue, typically near the exhibition halls and conference areas. 

Yes, a staffed cloakroom is available near the main entrance for coats and small bags. Please check on-site signage for exact location and details regarding larger luggage.

The RheinMain CongressCenter is designed to be accessible. Ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms are available. 

The event floor plan is available within the official event app (recommended for interactive features) and on the Event Website. Printed overview maps may also be available at the information desks on-site.
