With microsensys’ RFID temperature monitoring, temperature trends can be recorded and documented directly during the process, during storage, or during transport. This is based on the TELID®3T product family, which features rugged sensor data loggers designed for a variety of operating conditions.
The TELID®3T data loggers are attached directly to the product, component, or equipment. They measure at freely configurable intervals and store time-stamped readings in their internal memory. Once the process is complete, the data is read via RFID or NFC, analyzed, and, if necessary, stored in the MS Cloud.
Since no cable connection is required, the loggers are suitable for hard-to-reach locations, moving components, enclosed machines, as well as applications underwater, on metal, or under pressure. They can be attached to individual parts, placed in sterilization units, or run through industrial washers.
Precise sensors, a robust design, wireless data transmission, and software enable reliable monitoring even under demanding conditions. Models with a permanently integrated battery last up to three years with regular use. The TELID®.eco series features a rechargeable battery and, with approximately 1,000 charge cycles, can be used for up to 25 years depending on usage.
In hospitals, medical practices, and the medical technology sector, cleaning and sterilization processes must be reliably monitored and documented. The temperature- and pressure-resistant data loggers TELID®311.ac and TELID®314.ac are available for this purpose.
They record temperature profiles during washing and steam sterilization processes at temperatures up to +135 °C and pressures up to 3.6 bar. The TELID®314.ac also features an external temperature sensor for measurements inside cavities or in hard-to-reach areas of instruments.
More than 8,000 temperature values, including the respective measurement time, can be stored per measurement cycle.
Using TELID®soft 6, the recorded temperature profiles can be analyzed and reports generated on the achieved A0, F0, and F93.3 values. These values describe the thermal disinfection, sterilization, or pasteurization effect of the entire process.
The technical specification CLC/FprTS 50707 defines how the highest temperature reached during a wash cycle can be reliably measured and documented. The TELID®311 records the entire temperature profile directly inside the washing machine. This allows the process to be verified and validated independently of the machine’s built-in measurement technology.
For food, medications, and other temperature-sensitive products, the TELID®312.nfc offers a compact solution for monitoring the cold chain. The logger measures automatically at preset intervals and stores up to 2,200 data points.
The data is read via NFC using a smartphone or tablet and visualized using the microsensys Android app. The measurement range extends from -25 °C to +60 °C. The rugged housing features mounting holes and supports data transmission at distances of 0 to 20 mm.
The solution combines the TELID®3T sensor data logger with RFID and NFC reading technology, TELID®soft 6, mobile apps, and optional cloud storage. This enables companies to record temperatures, validate processes, document cold chains, and meet compliance requirements.
