The APLEX4 compressed air applicator, combined with a Toshiba B-EX4 industrial printer, is a compact, robust print-and-apply system for fully automated labeling. Printing and application are performed in a single step directly on the line—without manual intervention. The system is designed for continuous operation in demanding environments and, thanks to its modular design, can be easily integrated into existing conveyor and packaging systems.

The applicator processes different label sizes, automatically adapts to varying product heights, and can apply labels from above, below, from the side, or at an angle. With high output, long ribbon lengths, and an intuitive user interface, the APLEX4 ensures productive, stable labeling processes with low setup times and low operating costs.
