Reliable UHF RFID Asset Identification Across All Surfaces

The SIVA Rhino AS HT9721 Global is a rugged, all-surface UHF RFID hard tag designed for reliable asset identification in industrial and logistics environments. Its optimized antenna design provides consistent performance on metal, plastic, wood and other common surfaces, allowing one tag type to be used across mixed asset fleets.

Based on the NXP UCODE X, the tag supports RAIN RFID, ISO 18000-6C and EPC Gen2v2 and operates globally across 865–928 MHz. Laboratory read ranges reach up to 11 m on metal, 15 m on plastic and 12.5 m on wood, depending on installation and RF conditions.

The slim 97 × 21 × 14 mm engineering-plastic housing is IP68 rated and supports flexible mounting. High-performance acrylic adhesive is supplied as standard, while M5 screws or 5 mm rivets provide secure mechanical fixing in environments exposed to vibration, shock or extreme temperatures.

Customer-specific EPC and User memory encoding can be applied before delivery. Laser engraving with logos, text, numbers or barcodes enables permanent visual identification and clear asset assignment.
