SIVA BLEVE 5830 nRF52 Bluetooth Low Energy Tag

The SIVA BLEVE 5830 nRF52 is a compact, rugged Bluetooth Low Energy tag designed for cost-efficient, high-volume asset tracking in industrial, automotive, logistics, supply chain and healthcare applications.

Based on the Nordic nRF52 platform with Bluetooth 5.3, the tag combines a small 58 × 30 × 11 mm form factor with IP68 protection and operation on all surface materials. The specified outdoor line-of-sight read range reaches up to 100 meters.

BLEVE supports Eddystone-UID, Eddystone-TLM, iBeacon and manufacturer-specific data, enabling integration into a wide range of BLE infrastructures and third-party tracking platforms. Customer-specific parameters can be factory configured for rapid deployment. Optional temperature sensing and a 3-axis accelerometer add condition and movement information when required.

BLEVE can be activated with a magnet immediately before installation or automatically after a configurable time delay, helping preserve battery capacity during storage and transport.

• Sealed IP68

  The robust enclosure is IP68 rated and tested submerged at 1 meter for five hours. The datasheet also specifies resistance tests involving motor oil, salt water, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide.

  At only 58 × 30 × 11 mm and 14.3 g, BLEVE fits even smaller assets without interfering with handling or transport.

• Long Battery Life

  The integrated, non-replaceable CR2032 220 mAh battery provides up to 3 years of operation at a one-minute UID advertisement interval, minimizing maintenance in large deployments.

• Applicable on All Surfaces

  BLEVE is designed for all surface materials and can be mounted using high-performance adhesive, cable ties, M3 screws or 3 mm rivets.

• Flexible Activation

  Tags can be activated magnetically or through a configurable time delay of days, weeks or months, allowing battery life to be preserved until deployment.

• Laser Engravable

  Permanent laser marking and optional customized labels support clear asset identification, branding and reliable tag assignment in the field.
