RFID Flag Label for Cost-Effective On-Metal Tracking

The RFID Flag Label from Global Tag is a UHF RFID smart label designed for identifying assets on metal surfaces or objects with high metal content. Its flag-style structure keeps the RFID antenna lifted away from the surface, reducing metal interference and enabling stable read performance where conventional flat RFID labels often fail.

The label uses adhesive on only one side. The remaining part of the label stands away from the object, allowing the antenna to “float” rather than sit directly on the metal. This creates the necessary distance between antenna and surface, helping RFID readers communicate reliably with the label.

As a flexible and lightweight solution, the RFID Flag Label provides a cost-effective alternative to hard on-metal RFID tags.
