The UHF PTron Tag from RFGenie in India is a rugged, high-performance UHF RFID hard tag designed for reliable tracking in demanding industrial environments. Operating in the 865–868 MHz band and compliant with EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C standards, it delivers robust, long-range readability with up to 12 meters on fixed readers and up to 6 meters with handheld devices.

Built with a durable ABS housing and rated IP67, the PTron Tag withstands harsh conditions, including temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its versatile attachment options—rivet/screw or foam adhesive tape—support easy installation on non-metallic assets such as plastic trolleys, pallets, machinery, and other industrial equipment.
