PLATE 3075 DUALTAGsp

The PLATE 3075 DUALTAGsp is a dual band UHF/HF RFID transponder designed for passive RFID communication using the ISM UHF band combined with the HF band (ISO15693).

It is EPC Class1 Gen2 and NFC compatible, housed in a robust black stainless steel plate with an RFID dot encapsulated in PEEK/Epoxy.

• Dual-frequency RFID: UHF (860–868 MHz) and HF (13.56 MHz) with em | echo-V chip

• EPC Class1 Gen2 + NFC Forum Type 5 compatibility

• High memory capacity: up to 480-bit EPC/UII, 246 Byte user memory on both HF and UHF

• High endurance EEPROM with 100,000 write cycles and a minimum 50-year data retention at temperatures below 55°C

• Environmental resistant: IP68 protection, operational temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, and storage up to +125°C (up to +200°C on inquiry)

• Chemical resistance against motor oil, ethanol, and salt mist

• Mechanical resistance includes vibration and drop tests according to IEC standards

• Mounting flexibility: cable ties or metal bands on metal or non-metal objects; supports bending with a minimum radius of 150 mm

• Optional laser marking, including customized graphic prints, bar codes, 2D codes, deep laser printing, and electronic initialization

Ideal for asset and item identification and traceability in harsh industrial environments on both metal and non-metal objects. This product integrates fully with microsensys iID® system solutions.
